I believe anyone brave enough to seek out therapy is motivated to make a change in how they cope, lead, experience, and take charge of all that life throws at them. As a mental health counselor, I am here to walk with and encourage you as you empower yourself to continue to live a life of meaning and purpose. I will help you identify and work with your strengths, values, and goals, no matter what baggage and background seems to weigh you down.
I am a psychotherapist with extensive clinical experience working with survivors of abuse & trauma, individuals with Eating Disorders, Domestic Violence, Chronic Pain/Injury recovery, Borderline Personality Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, and adjustment- related disorders. I am a trauma informed therapist, specializing primarily in DBT, EMDR,CBT, ACT, and utilize other eclectic client centered, evidence-based practices to meet your personality, needs, and goals.
I offer both telemedicine and in person sessions (located across the street from John Carroll University).
Please select "Request Appointment" to schedule a free 15 minute phone consult with me, and I will send you a brief pre-consult questionnaire to fill before confirming your appointment request.
